More than 140 activities, 9 cities, 340 experts and social scientists and 4,500 attendees. These are the figures for a year of teaming up with the Social Observatory of “la Caixa” Foundation.
The “la Caixa” Foundation’s Social Observatory of is a space for insights, debate and reflection, whose mission is to study society’s challenges and spread social sciences and humanities knowledge.
Since 2022, iPg has been part of the team in charge of managing the technical secretariat of the more than forty cycles of conferences that the Observatory organises each year.
For all of us at iPg, working on this project in favour of knowledge is a source of great satisfaction. Due to its volume, the programme has also presented technical challenges, which require the integration of solutions for project management, digital signature, payment management and time control, amongst others. In addition, we have integrated content and travel management systems aligned with those of our client.
The Social Observatory’s team positively valued the efficiency, good management and communication of the iPg team in our recent annual satisfaction survey. When quantifying the workload lightened by our team, the Foundation gave us the highest score: 5 out of 5.
Over the past year, this programme has allowed us to learn a great deal about the challenges and opportunities in today’s society. The diversity of topics addressed at the conferences has revealed insights about the concerns and needs of different social groups, and has inspired us to continue working on projects that contribute to building a fairer and more sustainable world.
We are grateful for the trust placed in iPg and hope to continue contributing to the success of The Social Observatory for many years to come.
